Can I use subitem automations in the "start from scratch" automations?Yes. You can use subitem automations trigger in the start from scratch automation but you can only use it to perform actions on the parent item itself and not on the subitem.

What is counted as 1 "action"?Every time the automation performs an action we count it as 1 action. As an example -> If the automation changed the status of the subitem, it's counted as 1 action. If it changed the status of 10 subitems, it's counted as 10 actions.

I've made a lot of changes, and some of them didn't update. Why and what to do?Subitem automation app uses monday's API to make changes. Every account has some limit to the number of actions they're able to perform per minute via the API. If you've made a lot of changes at once, it's likely that you've hit your limit of actions for 1 minute. Don't worry - We have a built in retry mechanism which means that once your limit if refreshed (after 1 minute) we'll continue to execute your automations.

What happens when I go over quota? Will I be automatically upgraded?You will never be automatically upgraded. At the beginning of each month your automations quota will be refreshed. If you hit your tier's automation cap, your automations will be disabled until the following month when your quota is refreshed, or until you upgrade to the next available tier.
