Fantasy Media LTD and its Affiliates ("Fantasy Media," "we," "us," or "our") are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to information gathered through our websites, including this website, as well as any other websites maintained by Fantasy Media or its corporate affiliates (individually, a "Site," collectively, the "Sites"). 

This Privacy Policy also applies to our software applications, which we may offer directly or through any online marketplace operated by third parties (each referred to as a "Marketplace Partner").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding the use of your Personal Information, data security measures, data retention policies, information about your rights and choices, and how you can contact Fantasy Media regarding our privacy practices.

By accessing or using our Sites, Services, or any other aspect of Fantasy Media’s business, you signify your agreement with the terms and practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing or using our Sites, Services, or any other aspect of Fantasy Media’s business.

#1 - Overview

Affiliate(s) refers to independent third parties with whom we conduct business, including Marketplace Partners, hosting providers, developers, as well as any entity directly or indirectly controlled by, or under common control with Fantasy Media.

When we use the term "Personal Information," we are referring to information that can directly or indirectly identify, describe, relate to, or reasonably be linked to a particular individual, consumer, or household.

Services:

  • Provision of commercially available software products made available for download by or on behalf of Fantasy Media and/or its Affiliates, whether licensed for a fee or made available at no charge as specified in an Order ("Software").

  • Software functionality provided by us for access or use in a hosted or cloud-based environment as specified in an Order ("Cloud Services").

  • Support and maintenance services provided by us relating to the Software or Cloud Services. Software and Cloud Services, together with related Documentation, are referred to herein as "Products."

  • Information provided through the Sites.

  • Marketing and business development activities, including any social media properties we create and emails that we send ("Marketing Activities").

All other online services, publications, and call centers owned or controlled by us.

 

Fantasy Media may receive your Personal Information through various means necessary to provide our Services.

You may fall into one of the following categories:

  • Visitor to the Sites.

  • Customer/Administrator: A user with access to Fantasy Media’s products or Services, including partners, members, employees, temporary employees, or independent contractors of a Customer who have been added to the account as users with access credentials to the Services.

  • Authorized User: An individual legally authorized to access and use the Products under a user license, and any Secondary Users permitted by you to use the Products, subject to Fantasy Media’s EULA.

#2 - Information we collect & receive

We collect and receive the following categories of information, which may be considered Personal Information when maintained in an identifiable format:

1. Account registration information: When you register or purchase Products or Services, we may collect your full name, email address, phone numbers, and account log-in credentials, if applicable, as well as the same information for your Administrator.

 

2. Content and information submitted through the Sites: Information submitted through the Sites may include the information you provide when participating in interactive features, research studies, surveys, filing customer support tickets, or submitting forms on the Sites.

 

3. Content and information voluntarily provided through the Services: Any information you voluntarily provide to us through the Services will be collected.

 

4. Technical product usage data, logs, metrics, metadata, and device information: We automatically generate and retain records of user interactions with our Sites and Services. This may include information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, device information (e.g., OS type or browser type), cookie IDs, referring/exit pages and URLs, clickstream data, domain names, pages viewed, crash data, and other similar technical data. Technologies like cookies and scripts may be used to collect this information. Please refer to the COOKIES NOTICE for further information.

 

5. Location information: We may use the IP address from your browser or mobile device to determine your approximate physical location, such as city and country. Additionally, we may collect certain location information from your mobile device's GPS signal or information about nearby WiFi access points and mobile towers.

 

6. Information collected from third-party or public sources: We may receive information from third-party sources, such as business partners, Marketplace Partners, Affiliates, marketing service providers, third-party data aggregators, or publicly available sources. This information may include an Authorized User's name, email address, and phone number.

 

7. Direct marketing: In the future, we may send marketing communications (e.g., newsletters) to customers who have not opted out. These communications may explain developments with our business or offer special promotions on our Products. We will only use your personal data for direct marketing if you expressly give us consent to do so. You can choose to stop receiving newsletters or other communications by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of a marketing message. Please note that even if you choose not to receive promotional correspondence, we may still contact you regarding your relationship, activities, transactions, and communications with us.

 

Additionally, we may collect non-personally identifiable information, which we may combine with Personal Information to create aggregate information.

 

If you submit any Personal Information related to other individuals, you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By submitting Personal Information, you grant Fantasy Media the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use your information in connection with the operation of the Sites.

This includes authorizing and managing access to the Sites/Products, performing our contract with a Customer or Administrator, and responding to support-related requests.

5. Legal obligations and security: We may use your Personal Information to comply with legal obligations and professional responsibilities. This includes verifying accounts and activity, detecting and preventing security incidents, and monitoring and protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

 

6. Additional uses related to Customers, Administrators, and Authorized Users: In addition to the above uses, we may use your Personal Information for purposes related to Customers, Administrators, and Authorized Users. These purposes may include providing you with blogs, newsletters, marketing information, conducting surveys, analyzing interactions, preventing fraud, and enforcing our Terms of Service and other agreements.

 

If you have provided consent for using your data, you can change your mind at any time. However, this will not affect any processing that has already taken place. You have the right to object to any processing of information, but it may result in you no longer using the Services. To object to processing based on legitimate interests, please contact us as outlined in our website and/or in the relevant product listing page.

We may disclose aggregated information that does not identify any individual, without any restrictions. However, when it comes to Personal Information, we share it with the following categories of recipients:

Third-party Vendors: Your Personal Information may be shared with our Affiliates and non-affiliated third-party service providers as permitted by law and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose Personal Information to specialized service providers, such as professional advisors, consultants, technical service providers, and other third parties. These service providers are bound by contractual obligations to maintain the confidentiality of Personal Information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. Please note that while Fantasy Media keeps Personal Information on file, we do not share, sell, license, or transmit this information to third parties or external vendors unless required by legal, judicial, or governmental proceedings, or to provide the services requested.

#5 - Privacy and Security

We have implemented reasonably adequate privacy and security measures to safeguard your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include compliance with privacy and security requirements of Marketplace Partners. We utilize a self-assessment approach to ensure compliance with our privacy statements and regularly verify the accuracy and completeness of our statements regarding the handling and use of Personal Information. 

 

While we strive to protect your Personal Information, it is important to note that Fantasy Media cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to us through online forms, applications, or chat rooms. Such transmission is done at your own risk. Email communication is considered non-encrypted and non-secure, and it can be accessed and viewed by others without your knowledge or permission. Therefore, to protect your privacy, we advise against using email to communicate confidential information. No data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure at all times. If you believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please promptly notify us at daniel@fantasymedia.io. We will promptly inform you if a privacy or security breach occurs that may have compromised your information.

 

Please be aware that if you circumvent any privacy settings or security measures, we cannot be held responsible for any outcome resulting from such actions. It is your responsibility to choose a strong password, refrain from reusing passwords used on other websites, and maintain the confidentiality of your password. Fantasy Media employees will never ask for your password.

#6 - Retention of Personal Information

We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.  We will also retain your information to comply with our legal obligations, to conduct audits, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

#7 - Financial Information

For Products purchased via a Marketplace Partner, Fantasy Media receives payment through Marketplace Partners or our Affiliates so we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. For Products, purchased directly from Fantasy Media, we use third party payment processors to facilitate the transaction. When you purchase our Products through such payment processor, we may receive some of your transaction data, including personal data, such as: your name, email address and bank account information; for more information on what data we may receive from our payment processor when you use this platform, please visit the privacy policy of the relevant subprocessor.

#8 - Use of Cookies

What are cookies and why are cookies used:

Cookies are small text files that contain a unique string of characters. They are stored in your web browser's memory when you visit a website. When you return to a website that has placed a cookie in your browser, it allows the website to recognize your previous visit.

Pixel tags serve a similar purpose as cookies but are embedded directly in web pages or emails. #12 - Specific Application Apendix

Google Calendar Integration Plus

Google Calendar Integration Plus for monday.com & Google Calendar Integration use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In order to remove the app you will need to uninstall it from both your google calendar account and the monday.com account.
