We currently support 15 types of reports - Current status (by items) - Day to day work 1. Items that their status is something 2. Items assigned to each person 3. Items that their due date has passed 4. Items that their due date has passed and status is something 5. Items per status 6. Items grouped by person and status Current status (by aggregative reports) - Day to day work 1. Items' sum of numbers column, grouped by people column 2. Item sum of numbers column , grouped by status column 3. Items sum of numbers column, grouped by status column & person - Sent to every rep Forward looking - Identify problems/bottlenecks & Plan ahead 1. Items that their due date is due in the next X days/weeks 2. Items that their due date is due in the next X days/weeks grouped by people column 3. Items that their due date is due in the next X days/weeks grouped by status column 4. Items that their due date is due in the next X days/weeks and their status is something Backward looking - Retrospective & Monitoring 1. Items that their status changed to something in the last X days/weeks 2. Items that were created in the last X days/weeks

Each report is a new workdoc within monday.com, containing all relevant information for that specific date based on the configuration of the report. You'll receive your reports via notifications within monday.com, where you'll see the highlights and find a link to the full report. Additionally, since every notification is also sent via email, you'll receive it in your inbox as well. If you haven't received it via email, please ensure that you have enabled email notifications in both your monday.com account and user settings.

We currently support reporting based on groups which is usually what people are using to manage certain aspects of their work. We might expand to full board in the future.

The number of report sends is calculated based on the number of reports and the frequency of sending each report. For instance: Example #1 - If 1 report is sent weekly, it will utilize 4 sends in a month (1 report * 1 send per week * 4 weeks). Example #2 - If 3 reports are sent twice a week it will utilize 16 sends in a month (2 reports * 2 sends per week * 4 weeks). The number of sends isn't influenced by the number of recipients of each report.
